Job Description:
• Coordinate the research process in an innovative way
• Ensure raw materials comply with BPOM and MUI Halal
• Ensure the quality of the products produced is in accordance with Company standards
• Able to maintain the Company’s credibility and confidentiality
• Understand business goals and design surveys to find out potential customers’ preferences (features).
• Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods for collecting it
• Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations to the relevant Team
• Use online/offline market research and catalog findings into a database
• Provide competitive analysis of various companies’ market offerings, identifying market trends, pricing/business models, sales and operating methods
• Be well informed about market trends, others research and implement best practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology
- Have a minimum of 1 year work experience as RnD
- know about halal regulation licensing BPOM
- Can speak English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Honest, innovative, organized, thorough, and has good problem solving skills
- Able to work independently or in a team effectively and efficiently
- Able to work under pressure
- Understand statistics
- Have strong research and analytical skills
- Understand the latest developments in consumer trends and behavior
- Understand using Microsoft Office
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java
